Some of you way know that in 2015 I became unwell. I was sad and my mindset was always towards the negative. After a miraculous encounter with my friend Jono, he told me "You are going to write a book one day" and within a year, Changing Trains of Thought was published! CToT includes 21 easy to implement principles on how to keep our thoughts more positive. I have used these principles time and time again, to this day and since 2015 CToT has helped 100s of readers.
The 21 simple principles inside helped me personally walk out of some really hard seasons — shifting old thought patterns, rebuilding hope, and creating real change when I needed it most. And I love how it has done the same for so many others too.
